DazPlay is a personal productivity tool for taking timestamped notes on video content. It is designed for personal, non-commercial use.

Video content

The App does not host or provide video content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to access any video you bookmark. The App provides a note-taking interface only.

Intellectual property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

No warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

Limitation of liability

In no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time for conduct that violates these Terms.

Changes to terms
